When people talk about raising vibrations, what do they actually mean?
We are all beings of frequency. Everything seems solid, but at the molecular level, everything is motion. When we are in different states of mind, our bodies respond accordingly and that can be felt and seen not only by ourselves but by others. Raising our vibration simply means honing frequencies, an ability to sustain positive moods and energy levels.
When the body is working optimally, our moods are genuinely more loving and content. But, we also know that people can have good vibrations while they are sick, so their state of mind is vibrating at higher levels regardless of what the body is doing. Dying people can be very happy, and no one's getting outta here alive, so...
Raising vibrations can be achieved in two ways - by using the body as a source or by using our consciousness as a source. Yet, when we focus on both of these things simultaneously, our ability to sustain better energy levels creates a feedback loop, where the energetic outputs are also energetic inputs.
You will notice sometimes that when you are with people who vibrate at high frequencies, you actually feel better after you've been with them. The opposite goes for people vibrating at lower frequencies, where their dark clouds seem to permeate everything around them. A key point in sustaining better moods and energy levels is simply being aware of the difference - so, you don't go around absorbing those dark clouds, and are able to dissipate them quite easily. This is why I love humour so much, because laughing at sour moods or negativity helps to relieve them.
When you go to the doctor with an ailment, or you understand an imbalance in the body, you can take actions that remedy it - whether that's simply taking control of what you put in your body, changing up what you're doing, or perhaps easing pain through prescriptions (I personally believe that prescriptions are a last resort, most people can't be bothered to figure out how their lifestyles, or indeed their outlook on life, have created the problem in the first place, but a lot of people don't think that way. I've mentioned this before, and some people pounce with a bunch of stormy clouds! Okay then.)
We are at a point where so many solutions are available to help us live maximally, it can be overwhelming. But, solutions are there. Find them, sort them, figure out what works for you and get on with good vibrations!
